Deconvolution

Deconvolution is a computational method to remove out-of-focus light from image stacks and thus recover detailed structural information in 3D. Deconvolution can be performed on stacks acquired with different microscopic techniques (widefield, spinning disk and confocal microscopy).

Please contact Dr. Tobias Schwarz for exact instructions & introduction to ScopeM's deconvolution platform based on Huygens software (Huygens Remote Manager).
