Booking rules

The following general booking rules apply (exceptions may exist):

1. One can book 14 days in advance
2. The shortest bookable time slot is 30 min.
3. The booking times may fall in in two categories: 
   1. Daily slots (8–18h)
   2. Off-hour slots: evening (18–8 h) and week-ends – only for experienced users
      
   3. During a daily slot one can book an instrument for max. 5 hours - however this can be combined with an off-hour slot (where the booking is not limited)
4. The slots can be modified/deleted 24 h prior their start - afterward only the staff can do it (upon the user presenting a replacement person or a “force majeure”)
5. 48 h before the start of a slot the above mentioned 5 h limitation doesn’t apply anymore and an unlimited booking can be made
6. The staff (primarily the instrument responsible) can grant exception under the rules (needs a proper justification and will be judged on a case by case basis)
7. It is strictly forbidden to use an instrument without booking
