DeltaVision Measure
Brief description:
The DeltaVision personalDV multiplexed system is an epi-flurescence based system developed for deconvolution applications (operated by the Linux based DeltaVision Software SoftWorx).
Its speciality is the very precise motorized X-Y-Z stage which allows for automated multi-position experiments. Moreover the stage is designed to fit multi-well plates. The system is equipped with a temperature controlled incubator box and a multicolour solid state illumination light source as well as a fast motorized emission filter wheel which altogether allow fast multicolor 3D life cell imaging. The system is equipped with hardware autofocus.
