Brief description:

This Raman instrument is ideally suited for both micro and macro measurements, and offer advanced confocal imaging capabilities in 2D and 3D. The instrument is connected with upright and inverted microscope so that variety of sample could be measured. A variety of lasers for Raman, LED illumunation for fluorescent imaging and optical tweezer are available as well.

Contrast methods:

  • SWIFTTM: It offers confocal Raman mapping with CCD integration times down to 1ms mper point and below
  • DuoScanTM: a confocal imaging mode, with high precision, ultra-fast rastering mirrors creating variable size laser macro-spot, and also alllowing nano-step mapping from deep UV to NIR (inverted microscope only)
